O2 to Seek Legal Action Against Ofcom for 4G Stance

BT in talks to buy O2

BT is in talks to buy O2, Britain's second-largest mobile network, which it originally spun off in 2001 and is now owned by Spain's Telefonica.

The telecoms giant said it had also been approached by the shareholders of another British operator, believed to be EE, which is owned by Deutsche Telekom and Orange.
