Does no Apple fan see that they're doing nothing but trying to prevent everyone from making products of the similar ilk which will just prevent innovation unless it comes the all mighty apple labs? This is the kind of thing that pisses me off so much about Apple and their legion of ifans.

Apple didn't invent the tablet PC, they just made it better and when they set about doing so, no one was pissing on their parade though I wish they had. They made it better because no one prevented them from making one thereby allowing for innovation.

I'm glad they didn't win this for many reasons but the biggest one for being a bunch of whiny little bitches. "What is this? someone made a product that uses a touch screen, has minimal buttons and inputs on it? They clearly ripped us off". Give me a break
I don't think Samsung really cares if a judge thinks their products aren't as cool, only if they are allowed to sell them or not.
