Apple’s New Repair Policy in China Fail to Impress

MIC Gadget - APPLE has quietly changed some of its repair policies in China after it gets criticize by the China Consumers Association that they were unfair to Chinese customer. A clause stating that customers allow Apple to use either new or refurbished spare parts in repairs has been deleted. The new version says: “Customers own repaired spare parts, while Apple owns old spare parts, and customers can forward their specific requirements to Apple’s repair center in advance …” Local expert who familiar with Chinese IT law, said there was no substantive change in the new versions of the repair policies and the wording continued to be vague.

I've fixed the images on some of these past submissions of yours. Please in the future make sure the image isn't broken on submission.( I always found it best to download/upload it to be honest. )
