Google removed two links from its search engine to a site hosting nude photos of Jennifer Lawrence, nearly a month after her legal team first asked it to do so, The Guardian reported on Monday.

An entire 2 links? And that didn't make the photos disappear from the internet?

Isn't she the one that had the pic with erm...stuff on her face? I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would capture that moment.

Qrphe3472d ago

I think I know which you're talking about but that one wasn't her, there are more pics of the girl you're talking about somewhere to prove that (somewhere).

FlameBaitGod3472d ago

She had a lot pf pics.... like .... A LOT of nude pics. Its on torrents sites.

ChickeyCantor3472d ago

Google knows it won't work. They just did it to please the offended.

TechImperia3473d ago

Lame excuse by Google citing their copyright removal protocol, I think they should still be able to remove those links if they want to.

evil_element3473d ago

You do know that google doesn't control the internet.

TechImperia3472d ago

Google doesn't even need to control the whole internet in order to bring something down from it's own site.

evil_element3472d ago

There's over a 100 billion websites, any number of websites can have links to material people say should be brought down.

SilentNegotiator3472d ago

It's not Google's job to hunt down sites every time they change their URL.

TechImperia3472d ago

I am just saying they could have made an exception this time, given the seriousness of the situation here.

SonyWarrior3472d ago

google has better things to do then worry about these idiots taking nudes............ they are all available on pirate bay any way it will never go away

cbuc11253473d ago

"Anyone who looks at the pics should cower in shame"??? Sure i will do that right after im done fapping Jen. We arent the ones dumb enough to be photo'd with come all over our faces.

DEATHxTHExKIDx3473d ago

Once you're on the internet no matter what anyone tells you, you are not safe.

dragonopt13472d ago

Once something gets out on the internet there's no stopping it. Millions of people have probably already saw the images and downloaded them or shared them with friends. Once it's posted it's out there forever people just need to learn.

SilentNegotiator3472d ago

If I were a celebrity that had nudies leaked of me, I would just deny that they were real. They probably already had a bunch of fake pics and pics of look alikes all over the web.

Devil-X3472d ago

@SilentNegotiator Good Point.

Sarobi3472d ago

I can imagine Google is like "Welllppp.. we tried! LOLOL"
