During undergrad as CS, MS was THE dream job. A Software developer paradise that just understood the lifestyle and ergonomic because it was top down "computer guys". Now, and totally on purpose, its being run by business/accountants with an interest in immediate profits whose input doesn't account for the intangibles of Microsoft. Real sad times for the company...
They will probably continue to thrive $$ wise though...
