Meet the unashamed 33-year-old who brought the stolen celebrity nudes to the masses

Johnsmcjohn, as he’s called on Reddit, sounds utterly unashamed of the key role he played in bringing dozens of stolen celebrity nudes to the masses.

"To be clear, John is not the hacker of the photos,"

Yet, you still went for him because he's the second best thing you could get your hands on after the hacker himself? Just some guy on reddit who created a subreddit for people to post all these pictures... Wow, what a terrible crime...

Typical Washington Post dreck, as usual.

I would say the guy has a possible case for slander right here. News outlets are not allowed to say criminals did wrong until proven guilty, that's why they say "he allegedly" etc... so posting a headline "this guy did it" sounds like slander to me.

Yeah because they never do that..

/s/ at some point media lost track of what it was or want allowed todo. The paparazzi go around taking photo's of celebs topless or in compromising situations amd invading their privacy and many papers and such publish them yet something like this happens and media outlets take the moral high ground over it... When many are just as bad if not worse when it comes to invading people's privacy-look at the phone hacking issues that went on here in the UK.

N4G sees the word 'Nude' and blows up this post even though there's no nudity in it,

"4Chan — a highly inaccessible, niche Internet community, inhabited largely by trolls "

Lol keep telling yourself that . There are tons of trolls , wich in turn , in the "safety" of being anonymous , get tempted to troll as well ... but regardless , the traffic over 4chan was always huge , even before stuff like the fappening scandals and gamergate .

There are plenty reasons why people go there , rangeing from piracy to simple and mundane debate and discussions over various topics . Not necessarily to fall into some pit

It's easier to establish it as the home of disgusting perverts and future-killers. So when some other controversy blows up again, they can just blame 4chan without having to dig to find more about the story.

I am sure Washing Post would be in utter shock once they realized that there is more than just one person and website hosting/sharing these photos.
