Engineer creates lamp powered by saltwater

A Greenpeace volunteer has used her engineering training to create a lamp that discards grid-based electricity and combustibles for salt water in order to make light.

Necessity breeds inovation. It's good for them to keep it non profit, otherwise they'd have a swarm of lawyers claiming infringement.

I'll say it again. Necessity breeds inovation. I just hope interested parties won't buy them out or even patent it from under them and lock it away.
