DDR4 memory is pointless though. At this point PC components are so fast they are only being bottlenecked by the HDD if it's not SSD. DDR4 will only be good for those that depend on integrated graphics which only use a single memory pool. Those with dGPU's will still use their own memory and DDR3 already provides more than enough bandwidth for any CPU.
beside the eye candy Windows OS' haven't really progressed much.
I feel like my PC was faster with Windows 8. And I don't know if something happened during the installation but now when I'm going to do a defragmenter, 2 new disks (?volume) with a bunch of weird numbers appeared and I have no idea what they are.

true. You have to be an uninformed idiot to buy an Alienware. Especially with how overpriced they are that when you compare the performance per dollar ratio it's simply ridiculous.
I wouldn't count on it. Particularly Nvidia which only makes GPUs and if people stop buying newer GPUs because their old one can still max out modern games very easily then it'll be trouble for them.

I thought I was the only one but man, Youtube's buffer is insanely annoying as heck. It forces me to constantly be deleting my cache just because the stupid vid gets stuck at some point and the only thing that fixes it is by deleting the cache.

TVs on the shop are on Shop Mode, they have contrasts and backlits set so high that when you bring it home it looks nowhere near as full of color (you can still use Shop Mode on Samsungs if you want to hurt your eyes that much). I think is better to look for reviews on sites like Cnet before buying a new TV.
Because there's a huge difference between shopping for a gaming TV and one that is just for movies or tv. Most expensive TVs have much more lag than the cheaper ones,...

Windows 8 sucks and the only reason for its success it's because of the monopoly, because the truth is that people doesn't like it.
CPUs these days are still relevant just because of pure speed and nothing more but with the passing of time the chip will become redundant because GPUs alone will be able to handle the workload and much more.
Youtube has more content because it's more popular but the quality of image of Vimeo it's like 10 times higher. Gaming websites should use Vimeo better when making comparisons.
