It has never been about the hardware for me. But I definitely prefer the apple operating system over android. I recently tried the google nexus phone and after two weeks-was quite relieved to go back to my iphone.

Xiaomi hardware has had thermal issues a lot. Especially with Mi range of devices. I'm not sure if it's a software energy management issue or battery thermal management one.
Was honestly waiting for one more iPod Touch. With a fingerprint sensor, a relatively decent camera, and of course running the latest IOS smoothly; I could have a mid-range Android and then all of my entertainment on the iPod. Oh well, I guess I'll just upgrade the Android
