I'll admit I thought it was a strange color as well, but like all new things it just takes some getting used to.
I like that the Sennheiser HD800's are there, but no Grado? They're well known for catering primarily to the audiophile market.
That makes sense, given that Microsft probably employs more corporate types (who have to be presentable) versus Apple who tends to hire more engineers (who just have to be smart).
Blackberry is still very much alive in the corporate world, so yes.

I don't completely understand why this is important. Apple did better during Q1-Q3 of this year then they did at the same times last year. Moreover, a company can only experience so much growth. I don't think these declines are signaling any real trouble for the iPhone any time soon.
Timing might have been a big factor. They didn't want to release the iPhone 6c during the release of the 6s because it might have canabalized sales of the 5s and/or 6. The timing right now is more appropriate as sales of those phones are winding down.
