It's a very nice upgrade of a design that obviously people like.
When you have winning products in s2,s3, why change to much for s4.
Features are a nice touch as well as the hardware upgrades.
4k isn't needed atm.
4k would have to become the standard, right now only some TV's can do it and they are very expensive.
PS4 will run 4k video, and yes could run games @4k. But not at the graphics people would want.
1080p@60fps would be nice with some nice aa/af.
But some games are fine @30fps. Uncharted etc.

Yeah the camera is 2megapixels, but the sensor is very high quality and that is what is most important. plus the lenses.

Google plus has free facetime if you and your friend has a front facing camera. which is a big bonus imo. works extremely well.
It's not like you can't use both though:)
Google+ u can hangout with friends and have face time, if used on wifi, costs nothing.
