I trust them because they used to be Infinity Ward who I know for a long time. I will buy BF 1 for sure, but Titanfall 2 will be my first purchase.

Why is everything you write mass downvoted even when you agree with someone with nothing but upvotes. If people disagree with most of what you say, why downvote you for something they agree with? What's their endgame. Why is everyone on this site so fanboyish and stupid, driving me up the wall.

Haha don't sweat it mate. It simply boils down to 'haters gon hate'. Even tough I'm saying Titanfall 2 is great, I get a spate of disagrees right out of the gate. But your sentiment I appreciate, trying to instil sense into them but it's too late.

Ye but when ps4 pro does NOTHING for MP games it's pointless hyping it up IMO.

I know TITANFALL is known for being a competive multiplayer FPS , but a 4 hour single player campaign !!! Cmon !! I did enjoy the MP TITANFALL 2 beta , very smooth mechanics . But i was excited to play TITANFALL 2's campaign . Heck, the first 2 COD MODERN WARFARE games had 8 to 12 hour campaigns which were made by the orginal Infinity Ward(Respawn) developers .

@defender- but you also knew that the company didn't even intend for the game to ever even be that in the first place if their focus is creating multiplayer by personally don't really see any reason to be excited for any single player efforts that they ever do with a title like this.

It's very clear from the onset of Titanfall's initial release that it was never created to be his first person narrative driven experience. Not even slightly this team has never entertained such an idea. I'm sorry you feel that way but the writing was all over the wall that this was never with the intended purpose of the game ever was and it was even clearer but those remarks that they were just adding the single player campaign simply for a bullet point I'm sorry but that's nothing to really get excited for especially buy a team that's been known to make amazing multiplayer experiences.

Remember a long time ago where every game I wanted to have some sort of multiplayer component? If I single player primarily game one day came out with an installment where they said they are going to have a multiplayer feature just because it was popular as a bullet point do you honestly think it was going to be beating the top multiplayer games? Do you seriously think that such a concept is just an easy tack on mode?

Consider the same thing about single player do you seriously think that it's just some easy side thing? They are companies right now that just do single player games that can't be other companies that also only do single player games so what exactly were you expecting from a company that doesn't even care about the concept in the first place?

Like I always say it's a disrespect to assume that naughty dog is going to have a multiplayer experience near a team like DICE but it's also a disrespect to expect a team like DICE to have a single-player near a team like naughty dog's , you disrespect both teams by assuming that they could basically do each other's main concept as some sort of side gig when you have teams completely devoted to going after those companies and chasing one concept and still failing.

Other multiplayer titles have a hard time going against those other single player only companies have a difficult time matching naughty dog so why on Earth would anyone expect companies that don't even focus on that concept ever create something even near as substantial as those other companies?

I have to decide between Overwatch, Titanfall 2 and BF1. I know Overwatch isn't new but I love games that remind me of team fortress. Can't focus on three multiplayer shooters at once which is why I'll only buy one of them.

Dont dissmiss bf1. The beta was meh for me. Caved inn becuase of peer pressure and i cant put down. Its very surgical. The gameplay definitely came left field to me even tho i thought the WW1 setting didnt seem very intriguing.

I'll be playing this on my PC, usually I only mention that when the games are for a certain console exclusive but in this case I will make an exception.

It's about par with any other team based shooter like Valorant or Fortnite, it's probably more of a mix of Valorant and PUBG if you want to know what game play is like. I'd rather have Titanfall 2 though, it's more fun for me than battle royale games.
