According to Activision CEO Eric Hirsberg, Modern Warfare Remastered is the biggest bonus content ever produced for Call of Duty and it wouldn't have been possible without the three year development cycle.
From Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama, Sand Land is a fun adaptation of the manga and anime in videogame form. For all of its simplicity and repetition, it's a beautiful interpretation of the source material.
Embracer CEO demonstrates a masterclass in mental gymnastics in latest interview.
"I'm sure I deserve a lot of criticism, but I don't think my team or companies deserve all the criticism. I could take a lot of that blame myself. But ultimately I need to believe in the mission," he said.
CGM Writes: While we were over at PAX East, we were able to sit down with Goichi Suda (Suda51) and talk about the upcoming remaster of Shadows of the Damned
Sorry, but how is this bonus content? You have to pay extra for it by buying a special edition of the new game, so it's only bonus in the same way that buying a brand new game from fresh is bonus content. I love Modern Warfare, it was a shining example of how to make a good modern-style FPS game - something that Activision seemed to have quickly forgot - and if they had released it separately I would have already prepurchased it.
However, they have locked it behind editions for Infinite Warfare in a cheap tactic to sell those special editions, which will work. After that, maybe six months down the line, they'll release it separately and for that reason alone it's a game I can't ever bring myself to buy. Maybe if they'd released in alongside as a separate game, but not since it's being used as a cheap tactic to sell the new game and then being promoted as "bonus content".
Should've made it this year's CoD instead of being packaged with arguably the worst looking CoD to date for a premium price.
Pretty much the only way they'd get me to play CoD again.
Modern Warfare Remastered is going to be so much better than Infinite Warfare
What we saw at E3 looked great.
If the price is right I'll consider it
