+52% is quite easy when starting from nothing. Blackberry will take off this year and will get around 10% of sales

Agree ??

I said the same thing. up 53% is a realistic 1.4% gain in market share.

even tho the number is small that still allot of product out

blackberry will reclaim 1/10th of their old fans but 10% of the market will not happen.

basically their flagship device would have to sell better

than the s4
the next iphone
and the next windows phone
at least double the sales of the above 3 combined
and that still wouldn't net a 10% market share.

nope, I still doubt blackberry will get anywhere, even with their newly released products.

and as for wp, nokia's budget smartphones lumia line is definitely helping penetration into developing regions- which have the most potential for future growth. Even in places in Europe are seeing sharp increases in wp marketshare and usage.

I can see wp taking a strong 3rd place while blackberry falls behind even further.

Down 81% is pretty impressive when starting from nothing though. I mean, did one person stop using 57% of his phone or something?

I remember when Nokia announced they were moving to WP and everyone was saying this is the end for Nokia as WP has no chance against anyone else in the market as WP was way to late into the market.

I want Blackberry to do well with there new devices as to me having more choices of OS's and phones is better for us all because at the moment there is only 3 in IOS, Android and WP. Plus the more we have the more they will push each other and the better software and phones we get from everyone.

When android's 13% more than quadruple Windows Phone's 52% in actual numbers I don't think its that remarkable an achievement.
