Man Implants Magnets Into His Wrist For Strapless iPod Nano Watch

New Rising Media writes "Fashion is a key trend when it comes to Apple products; but we've never been a fan of the idea of an iPod Nano wrist strap. Dave Hurban must have thought the same as well, performing a self-titled 'iDermal' on himself: removing the need for a strap by engineering his own wrist to hold the device via a set of magnets." (Apple, Culture, iPod Nano Watch)

That is pretty crazy. What if they came out with a better version of the Nano in a different shape and size?

As long as he didn't use iron magnets, he'll be fine. Seeing as he seems to know a bit about body piercing, I'm sure he knows not to use heavy metals.

isn't this the same as piercing?
I mean some people have these screw on spikes pierced into their body.
If it is not the same thing then I guess it is crazier than I expected
