Come to 2012 and the ever-evolving world of Android mobiles has meant that Sony has once again had to change their game and up the ante. Notice that Ericsson has been dropped from the name, that’s because Sony has bought out their share of the collaboration. Despite that though it’s likely that the S is still a child of that partnership and that’s evident in the Sony Ericsson logo which is still on the phone’s rear.
