While a 5% profit margin cut doesn't sound like much, it will end up being millions of dollars for Apple. They are still going to make even more millions on this thing though. Interesting how they went with only a higher resolution screen at the same size as the iPad 1 and 2, rather than going smaller (like many thought they would).
