What most articles like this forget is that almost every household has had a PC for many years now, so at a point the market becomes saturated since most can function with a early dual core cpu still. So until a new breakthrough in PC's happens(where dual core cpus are not advanced enough) tablets/smart phones and all the new hot technology will easily outsell them.
