Ofcourse they deny... What would you do? Admit and say: "Yeah I break peoples' privacy by accessing and reading their personal text messages!"? No.

Denial is not so easy . If someone has proof against them they can be sued easily .

please, the possibility is there. I gave you the spare key to my car, yes its trusted but you still have the potential to take that key and go joy riding with it.

im sure they can snoop if they really wanted too and im sure they have, when you code you try to see the limitations of what you can and cant do.
