I'm quite surprised that they won this patent actually, because all it is is a gesture, which shouldn't be patent-able imo.

I agree... It'll be funny if they could just make it up/down instead of side to side to get around the patent. Or possibly tap 3 times to unlock.

Apple should also patent some ways of taking a dump in the bathroom ..
and the court's will gladly agree with amount of lawyers they have.

I think it's fair to say that the Syndicate game releasing this year has probably accurately predicted the way stuff is going.

All these corporations doing this will cause a war, no doubt.
