So what will Sony consider a victory? That’s a tough one to answer. I don’t see how a “dedicated” device can rival the sales and adoption of multi-purpose smartphones, but that’s the wrong yardstick to look at. The PSP, over its life, sold over 70 million units. The PS Vita could easily come close to that given the same long run.
