Tim Kelly of Reuters:
"Incoming CEO Kazuo Hirai aims to re-shape Sony Corp by linking hardware and software through online networks -- a model he used at its PlayStation unit -- dismissing any suggestion the battered brand would revert to a gadget-centered strategy under his management."
Sony's preorder routine is slightly different this time around.
With BMW, Sony Honda and Ram revealing EV plans, cars dominated CES 2023
According to a recent statement by Sony, it has sold out around 25 million PlayStation 5 consoles.
I hope that Kazou turns Sony around.. I'll admit I'm a bit of a Sony "fanboy" and not only when it relates to games, but it sucks to see a company that strives to innovate and break the mold suffer like it has been.
