Japan working on a defensive cyber weapon

TechEYE: "The Japanese equivalent of Q is apparently working on a bit of code which would act like a cyber army and track, identify, waterboard and disable sources of cyber-attacks.

According to the Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper, development of the virtual cyberweapon was launched in 2008. Since then, the weapon has been tested in a closed network environment."
