Microsoft Will Have Remote “Kill Switch” For Windows 8 Apps

Microsoft’s new terms for its Windows Store allow the Windows operating system maker to remotely delete apps purchased by users of its upcoming Windows 8 OS. In its terms of service for the Windows Store, Windows 8 apps can be removed by Microsoft for legal or security reasons, the company revealed. Microsoft launched the Windows Store, its marketplace for Windows 8 apps, last Tuesday.
