Watch Team Fortress 2 level viewer gameplay rendered in Web Browser (via WebGL)

The WebGL library has allowed coder Brandon Jones to render Team Fortress 2′s level viewer in a web browser. While it’s still a work in progress, he was able to run it at a solid 60 frames per second, sometimes even hitting as high as 120 fps.

WebGL 1.0 is done. Where's Microsoft?

At least, if you use Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Safari. Those are the browsers that support--though sometimes only in developer-preview editions--a technology called WebGL. And today, the Khronos Group standardizing the graphics interface announced that WebGL 1.0 is finished.
