PCA: PETEC (Panasonic Eco Technology Center) is the current Mecca for 'zero waste' recycling in Japan. The facility attempts to recover as many high quality recyclable materials as possible from discarded home appliances. These materials then find their way into everything from soda cans to cooking wares.
