Vivitar’s latest addition to the groaning shelves of adequate cameras is the 690 HD, a small and very cheap waterproof camcorder.
Skewed and Reviewed have posted a positive review for the Vivitar IPC 117 camera. They liked the versatility and ease of use but noted that it could use a few things to set it apart from others.
