Holy schnikies - I remember when AMD was pushing Intel with pure speed and cache sizes of 512kb. Now it looks to be the battle of multi core cpus. Now we're talking an 8 core cpu with 8Mb of L2 AND L3 cache for 3 bills? That's really not all that bad when you think about it. Bet that sucker can crunch a few numbers.

Hopefully it will be rock solid, I'm holding out on upgrading in anticipation for Bulldozer. Though I'm not sure about gaming performance, it will most likely not be optimized for games that well. If not then I'll just get Sandy Bridge or SB-E.
