There's also a problem of misinformation which varily includes purposely reducing certain resources and putting "class" like restrictions on their distribution to keep this idea going that there isn't enough of 'said thing' to go around.

Well by what account? The edible plant life on this planet far out number, far and wide the human population but still there are a large number of people in the world starving.

Not because there is no food to go around, but because in their own country certain resources are kept from them.

Think of it as a board game, monopoly or something. If you don't have the chips to trade, then you don't play.

This is why Im against privatizing any type of natural resource. Especially when it's done by proxy(e.g. the U.S. controlling viable African farm lands).

And as much food that is sent to grocers year round that is thrown out and trashed is embarrassing.

Yes, we have a food and resource problem, but it isn't strictly a problem of not being enough rather than purposeful wastefulness and misuse.

Better management of what we have will put a lot more food on more people's tables. The have AND the have-not's.

As far as living forever, I think the human life span is growing shorter every decade. But for some reason we've been told we live longer as apposed to hundreds of years ago when the average age was over 100. That's with war, and disease, etc. etc.

With cancer on the rise and god knows what else, how we gonna live forever when cant even keep people from getting(and staying) sick?
