Talk with a dolphin via underwater translation machine

There are about 6,900 languages in the world. With some work, anyone can learn any of them. But is it possible to learn the dialect of an animal outside of our species? Researchers Denis Herzing and Thad Starner think it is and are working to establish two way communication between humans and dolphins.
