Tt eSports Shock One Gaming Headset Review (BmR)

BenchmarkReviews.com: It comes as no surprise that Thermaltake is now breaking into the audio market following the successes of its competitors. I bought these for my friend last week. They are not that great. The build quality is very poor compared to my other headphones (Logitech G930, Sennheiser HD 280 PRO, Sony MDRV6). I feel like the cheap plastic would break if I just dropped it from my desk and the mic joint feels flimsy. The packaging is horrible as well. Took myu friend and I about 5 minutes to figure out how to get the cable out of the little compartment and we eventually just gave up and ripped the cardboard to get the able out. Definitely not a high grade headset.

My friend and I called a few people to test the mic quality and it was ok, not as great as my G930. The noise cancellation only seems to work when it wants to. Audio wise, these cans are ok with good bass.

Not one of the better headsets out there but what do you expect from Thermaltacky.
