They both have their advantages and disadvantages. in the end it's all about what you as the use will need it for.
Hmm, they don't have a chance in hell of winning. "Ability of using internet while on a call" Nearly every phone can do that on at&t. So I guess that means Samsung should sue every phone company. Pretty obvious that Samsung is just making Apple product clones. Either way I could care less if they do. Still this patent lawsuite that they are bringing up is beyond retarded.
