The once-popular Winamp media player is returning next year as an all-new mobile audio app where you can listen to your music, podcasts, and streaming services from one location. Winamp was a popular choice around the turn of the century before iTunes and streaming services changed music listening.
Winamp 5.8 is released ahead of schedule due to a leak that happened over the weekend i think.

Winamp could once again be brought back to life after Vivendi Group took over the majority stake in Radionomy, the previous owner of the app who purchased it from AOL in early 2014.
