iPad 2 is fairly new device, so it should still be on guarantee LOL just change it for new one :)
I will be exchanging it. This was just a bit of annoyance after walking to the store, waiting in line, and then walking home. I am still enjoying the device a lot... I just wish I didn't have to go back to exchange it and all of that crap.
Ask them for some bonus, for your inconvenience... they might give you some free charger or something... tell them that your shopping experience was very bad... LOL
