The Verizon iPhone 4 has a problem that could cause the phone to drop calls, or be unable to place calls, in weak signal conditions, Consumer Reports engineers have found in lab tests.
I doubt that Apple will care enough to do anything about it.
OK, the phone can do more than you ever imagine, but they're not gonna recommended it because if you clench it in some weird way without a case, you "might" lose signal in a low reception area, what a joke!
It's a non-issue at this point, but i understand why they are choosing not to recommend it.
