Cyberbullying: A case of real life mean girls

How bad is cyberbullying in Sacramento? Sadly, we found that for many people, it was a case of mean girls. Just like the movie, except in this case, the nasty words and gossip appeared online.

Some of the nastiness was from strangers, but sometimes, it came from "frenemies."

"I just got into an argument with my friend. And she just happened to have my email and password to my Facebook. She changed a bunch of stuff on it and started writing to people on it," said Alicia Nava.

Valley parent Lori Kotta said she thought she had armed her children with tips on how to fight bullies, but now that the meanness is online, she's not sure what can be done.

The story is too old to be commented.
