Even if in US the All in One Desktop segment is dominated by Apple with the iMac there are still a few options worth considering (see here a list of All in One Touchscreen desktops you should look for), cheaper options with better features than the number one player. MSI is aiming to be one of those choices with the Wind Top AE2280 All in One desktop PC.
