Engadget: We don't need to explain in any great detail just how badly the world needs another e-reader and tablet option, but you're wasting your time wishing for fewer selections. Case in point: Velocity Micro has just placed its Cruz Reader and Cruz Tablet up for pre-order at Borders, with both units boasting 7-inch displays and seductive price points.
AppSplit: "Velocity Micro is ready to launch new tablets with the new year. Company has released some latest info on two new tablets, T507 and T510. It’s an upgrade for its existing tablets, these tablets will be up on display at the CES 2012."
You can buy any of these tablets directly from Velocity Micro’s Webstore or you can wait for your local retailers to start selling these tablets [pretty soon]. The T408 will cost you exactly $199.99 and the 10-inch T410 costs $299.99.
I think I have found my tablet choice. I don't want to dip my feet too deep into the tablet ocean but at a price that good I don't see whats wrong. Kindle fire might be an option I will have to wait for the reviews but this might just be what I get myself for xmas :D.
Laptoping - Velocity Micro’s Cruz T301, a new version of their 7-inch Android OS tablet device, is now available.
The Cruz T301 has a display with a 4:3 aspect ratio and resolution of 800×600 pixels, whereas the previous T103 model has 16:9 800×480 screen.
