P2P plaintiffs to get just 28 Time Warner IPs each month

Ars Technica: "Suing tens of thousands of accused peer-to-peer movie file-swappers—it can be a lucrative business model, but it works well only when Internet service providers can turn huge lists of IP addresses into real names and addresses in a timely fashion. Are any of you tired ofhearing about thes huge conglomerate corperations sueing us the people for nothing more then downloading something that we never even would have seen to recommend to our friends if it weren't for the internet?

do you think they are insane trying to squeeze juice from a turnip? The beauty is that in all reality we the people hold the power if unified they want to sue 1,000 or more people at a time seperately and hope they all take a settlement offer.

Here is what I propose instead of accepting a plea bargain, we should find a good class action lawsuit attorney. While they are fighting 1,000 individual cases we can slap a class action lawsuit against these agencies for a variety of things, from slander, to invasion of privacy, false advertising, and entrapment.

Our combined power would thwart any further attempts of collecting off unsuspecting civilians in the future. I don't know about you, but it just burns me up every time I hear about some thousand people getting sued, for nothing more then downloading IP that was leaked by the company suing them for it!
