Report: Social Media Users Influenced by Online Reviews

AppScout: The New York Times last week did a story about people who were sued over critical online reviews they posted about local businesses. But if a recent Harris Interactive poll is any indication, companies that take this tactic better increase their attorney fund. Researchers found that all age groups are equally likely to share their dissatisfaction with a company, brand, or product via social media.
