Associatedcontent: The eMachines EM250 first came to my attention as a cheap laptop a few months ago when Walmart had them on sale for $228. Only recently was I in the market for a cheap laptop with good performance. I just needed to browse the web and do some other simple computer tasks, so I started looking at netbooks. Sure enough, this one was still the best budget laptop I could find.
