Yeah, its not TRUE open source...

Firstly, there is no download link, you must apply by a forum.
Then, if you read the fine print, you will find it says "The file(s) will not be shared, duplicated, or distributed to anyone for any purpose under threat of civil penalty."

This is the OPPOSITE of open source...
This is limited use...

Open source is open and free to download, edit and share to EVERYONE, no restrictions.
