Sony pictures ranges from good to mediocre with some runaway hits here and there

Playstation is something I can be a fan of. Not a film studio or a multinational corporate conglomerate. But a games company is OK with me

Also, keep the snark to a minimum, yeah? I can fill the max character amount in this comment field with what Microsoft the software company has done that makes Sony as a whole, look like a newborn.
In fact the two worst things Sony has been involved in is the rootkit disaster and the PSN hack.

So, my point is, both companies are no saints, we know this already. Let's discuss this instance of attempting to quell genuine criticism and maybe even free speech, instead of taking fanboy/emotion-filled jabs at companies that see us only as cash on tap.

I beg to differ. I bought the wrong product the other day, and even though I had it mostly installed, they refunded it for me.... even after saying it was against policy. I didn't even push it, and was prepared to have to eat my decision. They have done nothing but take care of me since I've been gaming with them.

I've heard of some of their issues in the past, and I don't doubt they have done some messed up things before. But personally I've had nothing but great service from them.
