i hate built-in batteries.
once it gets damaged for whatever reason (overcharging, extensive use, exceeding charge cycles) you have to basically get rid of an otherwise perfectly working device.
i know my HTC one x still looks brand new, absolutely nothing wrong with it at all aside that the battery only lasts 4 hours. wouldve been a perfectly good phone to give to my mom as she doesn't really need a premium handset but i had to get her a new device instead of just popping in a new battery.
