Uber Wants to Turn Software Bugs into Road Kill, Offers Up to $10,000

Maximum PC: Ride-sharing service Uber now has an official bug bounty program, one that will pay security researchers up to $10,000 per qualifying vulnerability.

Previous to this, Uber's bug bounty was in beta and a private affair. Launched last year, 200 security researchers unearthed nearly 100 bugs for Uber, all of which it says have been fixed.
