Comcast is preparing to launch a major new video platform with content from big-name partners in the coming weeks, Business Insider has learned.
According to Bloomberg, YouTube CEO Neal Mohan has expressed concern regarding the potential misuse of platform content by OpenAI’s Sora, an AI-driven video creation tool.
During its Connect launch event, Meta unveiled both smart glasses capable of live-streaming what you are seeing and its own AI assistant, Meta AI, which will soon be integrated into WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
Shaz from TL writes: “Linus Sebastian’s media company, Linus Media Group, is under fire. From ethical concerns with videos, to allegations of workplace harassment.”
I'm going to go out on a limb here - this is going to fail. I know sites come and sites go but you dont tug on Superman's cape, and you dont mess with the YouTube. Let alone 'rival' it.
LOL. Good luck, Comcast. They'll fail worse than Google+ and Bing combined!
PSHT!!! I use Dailymotion for the things that I cannot find on the others, I seriously doubt Comcast is willing to allow copyright infringement to up their popularity.
