If you own a pair of Beats headphones, it’s safe to say that you spent a bunch of money on a crappy product. Seriously, the shady designers over at Beats have been using a dirty little trick to make you think you’re purchasing high-quality headphones, but in reality, you’re just buying a bunch of plastic with Dre’s name on it.
It seems that Apple and Bose have kissed and made up. The Cupertino-based tech giant is reportedly willing to bury the hatchet with, Bose, whose products were pulled from Apple stores after an infringement battle between the two electronic power houses.
So now its official, after several weeks of rumors and speculations, Apple has announced that it will acquire Beats Music and Beats Electronics in a deal worth $3 billion total with $2.6 billion of it being in cash and $400 million in stock.
Dr Dre has appeared to confirm his headphone maker Beats Electronics has been acquired by Apple in a video by musician Tyrese Gibson.
Gibson uploaded a video to Instagram in which the pair appeared to confirm the rumoured $3.2bn (£1.9bn) takeover deal.
Such an overpriced piece of shit, never bought one and never will, a luxury.
