Columnists with generalizations/rhetoric and experts with no real info/data on the hack, you mean.

Until/unless solid data about the hack releases to said parties, all they can do is have doubts. They can't say it "was" or "wasn't" anyone.

armchair "experts" are not professional investigators, the FBI confirmed it and also Obama who would otherwise jump at any chance to avoid any form of confrontation with another state.

the Japanese are doing the obvious thing by working to secure infrastructure, still no action in USA even though several companies and millions of citizens have been victims.
