T-Mobile will issue up to $90 million in refunds for billing customers for cellphone text services they didn't order, under a settlement with federal regulators.
So that's what they call it these days? "Mistakenly" This is a form of stealing, which no one was arrested. If I went in a store and said "I need $10, give me it now or I'll shoot" I would be arrested. Same principle here, if the customers didn't pay the bill, their service would be cut.
Ridiculous 90 million must have taken a bit of time to add up and it must have pissed a lot of people off well does that noticed anyway.
