VRFocus - Last month VRFocus reported on news that Virtuix would be revealing the final version of its Omni omnidirectional treadmill for virtual reality (VR) experiences at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January. That event is still over a month away, although the company has recently revealed just when those that have pre-ordered the kit are likely to receive it. The reveal comes in the form of a gift certificate that people can use when pre-ordering the Omni as a Christmas gift for someone else.
Daily Video Game writes: "The online retailer Amazon is offering 25% off on Oculus Rift S PC-Powered VR Gaming Headset. If you’re looking for a new VR headset, make sure to take advantage of this deal!"
Files in Oculus’ PC application have revealed the name of the next VR headset to succeed the Oculus Rift, the RIFT S.
Both Dash and Home have seen makeovers.
